About Joseph Aragon
Joseph Aragon has practiced criminal defense in Central Texas for 16 years. Licensed in 2010, he has spent his entire career on one side of the courtroom: defending people the State of Texas has chosen to prosecute. He has never worked as a prosecutor, never worked for a public defender’s office, and has never worked for the State in any capacity.
When you call the office, you talk to Joseph — not a case manager, not a paralegal fielding questions on his behalf. The person who reviews your case is the person who stands next to you in court, from the first phone call through the final resolution.
My Approach
Joseph believes protecting the individual is protecting society — and protecting our constitution from government overreach. The State has virtually unlimited resources to build a case against you. My job is to make sure you’re not standing there alone.
